二、机器的用途及性能 MACHINE FUNCTION & PERFORMANCE
本机适用于天然纤维和合成纤维为原料的绳索制造工业，它能将一条加有一定张力的绳索倒成一捆排列规则、均匀的绳。
No.4 Rope Winding Machine is supplied for the rope manufacturers which use raw material as natural fiber/rayon. It can wind certain tension rope into tidily and regularly ranked rope.
三、 机器的结构原理 MACHINE STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE
本机是我厂的新产品，它具有结构紧凑，工效高，操作轻便，造型新颖等特点，是我厂新式倒绳机之一。本机由收绳机构和排绳机构两部分组成。
No. 4 rope winding machine is our new product. It is in compact structure, high efficiency, easy operation, pretty design, and it is one of our new style rope winding machines. It is mainly composed of collecting rope mechanism and arraying rope mechanism two parts.
1）、收绳：Collecting rope
通过蜗杆、蜗轮驱动收绳轮来卷绕绳索。
It winds rope through worm and collecting rope wheel of worm device.
蜗轮箱内装有一副蜗轮、蜗杆及一对齿轮。蜗轮轴上装有收绳轮和计数器，收绳并通过计数器显示长度，被动齿轮轴上空套着卷卸绳机构和锥形挡板。经差速机构带动卷卸机构卷绕绳索。
Worm gear box has a piece of worm gear, worm and a pair of gear. Collecting rope wheel and counter are fixed on worm-gear shaft, so that collect rope and show rope length by counter. Top of passive gear shaft is covered discharge mechanism and taper damper, which winding rope mechanism winds rope through differential mechanism moving.
2）、排绳：Arraying Rope
绳索在排绳柱作用下，两个滑轮绕柱子左、右灵活摆动，使绳索在捲绳轴形成有规则的排列，就能规则地卷在伞形机构上，松开锥形挡板就能卸下绳索。
Under arraying rope pillar function, two pieces of pulley block circles pillar to do left, right nimble swinging, which cause rope winds in regular arrangement. Rope can be winded on bevel mechanism regularly, loosen taper damper to discharge rope.
四、 机器的吊运与安装 SUSPENDING TRANSPORT & INSTALLATION
1） 机器装箱吊运时，按箱上所标注的起吊位置进行，不应倾斜，不得倒置。开箱吊运时用二条钢丝绳和钢管套在底架顶环中起吊。
When suspending transport machine in box, please follow the notes on the box, do not lean, do not put upside down. It should use two steel lines and steel tube cover tope of frame to suspend if open box.
2） 机器的安装MACHINE INSTALLATION
按地基图备好地基，将机器放在地基上，并将地脚螺栓放入相应的预留孔中调整水平后，灌入混凝土。
Prepare foundation according to foundation drawing, and then put machine on the foundation with anchor bolts into the reserve holes. After adjusting position, inject concrete.
五、 机器的使用与保养 MACHINE USAGE & MAINTAINANCE
1）、使用前应用煤油或柴油清除防锈油。
It should use kerosene or diesel oil to clean anti-rust oil of machine
2）、使用过程中应按润滑要求注入润滑油。
It should add lubricating oil as the requirement during the processing.
3）、各紧固件应经常进行检查，防止松动。
It should confirm that fasteners of each part are tight.
4）、工具与杂物不得放在机器上。
It should not put any tool and debris on machine.
5）、负荷生产前必须空转2小时以上，检查各部位都处于正常状态，方可投入生产。
It should have no-material commissioning more than 2 hours before operation, and check each part stay at a normal condition in order to enter operation.
